How it all began
ParentPay started out as a small EdTech start-up with the vision of enabling cashless payments in schools. The foundation stone was laid in 2002 when a working mother and former teacher wanted to help her school simplify collaboration with parents. The result? The first online payment system for schools in the UK.
Today, ParentPay is a market-leading group of companies in Europe with over 1,100 employees and an annual turnover of more than 145 million euros. With around 70 employees, we support more than 4,550 facilities throughout Germany.

Marco Schulten
Managing Director ParentPay Germany
Marco Schulten has more than 20 years of experience in cloud-based software and services developed and offered to organizations of all sizes and industries. His expertise extends to workflow solutions in the areas of e-commerce, e-procurement, e-invoicing and e-payment. After studying economics and holding various management positions in international companies, Marco’s goal is to establish the ParentPay Group in Germany as a leading provider of payment services.
Marco also looks for new challenges in his free time – be it on long bike tours or demanding mountain hikes in alpine regions.
Michael Radic
Chief Operating Officer DACH
Michael Radic is responsible for product development, customer service, support, onboarding and the optimization of internal processes at ParentPay Germany.
Previously, he was Chief Business Officer at Authentic Vision, where he led business development in the areas of Blockchain and Web 3.0. Previous leadership roles at Crealogix and Basware included leading global client projects as well as transforming organizations to SaaS solutions and building high performing teams.

Mark Vitorovic is responsible for sales and marketing in the DACH region at ParentPay Germany. He identifies new market opportunities and improves customer loyalty through targeted marketing strategies.
With over 25 years of experience in the field of new technologies, he is an expert in digitalization strategies, especially in the context of Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platforms. In his professional career, he has worked for well-known companies such as Microsoft, CompuServe/AOL, CNET and Avaya. In various key positions, he has helped organizations develop effective solutions to drive their digital transformation.
