The acquisition represents an important milestone in the long-term strategic development of ParentPay Germany. Both companies digitize central catering processes in the education sector. While ParentPay Germany offers a broad range of functions for school and daycare providers, Schulmenüplaner is strongly focused on the specific requirements of catering companies. The acquisition will enable these complementary strengths to drive further innovation and improve services for schools throughout Germany.
