Accounts Receivable Clerk | Home Office (m/f/d)

Tasks

  • Accounts receivable: You independently post invoices and credit notes, including manual invoices from the sales pipeline and internal settlements.
  • ERP data maintenance: In Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central you ensure the correct recording of invoices and check the hardware availability for Fast-Turner in coordination with the Sales Order Pipeline.
  • Payment management: You process incoming payments, refunds and credit notes and ensure proper account reconciliation and maintenance.
  • Customer communication: You are the contact person for invoice inquiries, clarify discrepancies with internal departments and customers and provide support with complaints.
  • Dunning & billing: You carry out the accounts receivable run, monitor the dunning process and prepare the monthly escrow account statements.
  • Inventory & provisions: You monitor the inventory for the annual financial statements and ensure the correct creation and posting of provisions (AR Accrue).
  • Financial statements & reporting: You provide support with monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and ensure that all relevant postings are properly recorded.

Requirements

  • Education & experience: You have completed a commercial apprenticeship, ideally with further training in financial accounting, and have at least three years of relevant professional experience.
  • Specialist knowledge: You have a sound knowledge of accounts receivable and how to use ERP systems.
  • Accounting: You have very good knowledge of the application of GoB / DE GAAP.
  • Working style: You work accurately, reliably and independently and always maintain an overview, even with parallel tasks.
  • Team spirit: You enjoy working in a team and value the exchange with colleagues in order to find effective solutions together.
  • Language skills: You have a very good command of German and conversational English, both written and spoken.
