Tasks
As a Customer Service Clerk (m/f/d) for ordering and billing services, you are an indispensable part of our team. You will ensure that all questions and concerns from parents and students are resolved quickly and competently and that our services run smoothly.
- You are the contact person for parents and students for whom ParentPay handles the billing of school meals – by phone, e-mail and ticket system.
- You take care of all matters, such as ordering, canceling orders, but also topping up credit and assisting with registration in the ordering app.
- You store caterers’ menus in the system and record cost reimbursements from authorities.
- You create and send out personalized “chips” that children can use to “pay” for their meals in the school canteen.
- At peak times, such as during vacation periods, you will help out in other teams and ensure that operations continue to run smoothly.
Requirements
- You have completed commercial training or have several years of relevant professional experience.
- You are a strong communicator, have a strong service mentality and enjoy talking to people on the phone a lot of the time.
- Thanks to your calm and friendly manner, you don’t lose your cool even in stressful situations and find a solution to every problem.
- You are confident in using MS Office (Excel, Word, …) and ideally already have experience in working with ERP, ticket or CSM systems.
- We are constantly working on optimizing our processes and introducing new IT systems where necessary. You should therefore be open to change and enjoy familiarizing yourself with new topics.
- You are business fluent in German (C2 level). Other languages such as English, Arabic or Russian would be a plus.
- You would like to work full-time or, if part-time, in the afternoon. Part-time mornings are unfortunately not possible.
