IT Specialist / Technical Support Specialist – Payment I SaaS Solution // Home office, full-time or part-time (m/f/d)

Tasks

As a Technical Support Specialist, you are an indispensable part of our team. You ensure that our customers receive the best possible support and that our products function smoothly.

  • You act as an escalation level for issues that your colleagues in 1st level support are unable to resolve.
  • You configure and customize our software products according to the specific requirements of our customers.
  • You proactively troubleshoot, identify causes and develop solutions to rectify faults as quickly as possible.
  • You prepare detailed reports on bugs that have occurred and forward them to our development team to ensure that they are resolved quickly.
  • You support the project management team in the planning and implementation of projects.

Requirements

  • You have completed training as an IT systems administrator or IT specialist in the fields of application development or system integration. Alternatively, you have a degree in IT.
  • You have sound knowledge of database systems (preferably MS SQL or Oracle), as well as the MS Windows and Windows Server operating systems.
  • Your German language skills are excellent (C2) and you have a good command of English (B2).
  • You are technically adept and work in a structured and solution-oriented manner.
  • You are characterized by strong communication skills, a service mentality, the ability to deal with conflict, resilience, flexibility and the ability to multitask.
  • Experience with agile working methods is an advantage.
