Sales Executive (m/f/d) – Software I Payment

Tasks

As a Sales Executive, you will focus on acquiring new customers and generating new business with some of our existing customers. You will therefore have a significant influence on the growth of our customer in Germany. You will work from your home office and take responsibility for your sales region.

  • Recurring sales: You are responsible for generating recurring sales by acquiring new customers in your region.
  • Acquisition: You manage your own customer portfolio and develop strategies to fill your sales pipeline.
  • Cross- and upselling: You increase sales potential with some of the almost 4,000 existing customers.
  • Qualification: Through rapid and reliable qualification, you ensure that you spend your time efficiently and on the “right” leads/prospects.
  • Product demos: You guide customers through the most important functions of the software.
  • Project management: You guide potential customers through their evaluation process, identify potential concerns, influence decision criteria and demonstrate the economic benefits of the solution.
  • Internal collaboration: You will work with the Inside Sales team, who will support your lead generation activities, as well as with internal stakeholders such as Solution Consulting and Marketing.
  • CRM & data: You maintain your data in CRM, create reliable forecasts and make data-driven decisions for your sales funnel.

Requirements

  • You have 2+ years of experience in B2B or B2G (Public Sector) solution sales with a focus on New Business.
  • Points of contact with the areas of payment, cash register systems, catering, business process outsourcing (BPO), software/SaaS, benefits or non-cash remuneration card, public sector or comparable would be a plus.
  • With a mix of hunter mentality and trusted advisor , you are a convincing and trustworthy contact for your customers.
  • You can motivate and organize yourself while working from home. At the same time, your proactive nature ensures that you stay in contact with your colleagues.
  • You are business fluent in German and conversationally fluent in English.
  • You live in Germany, ideally in one of the metropolitan areas.
  • Reliable data maintenance in the CRM system and active pipeline management are part of your daily business.
